Hi, I’m Janice Doan. My husband John and I have lived in this area for over 28 years, and I’ve been proud to call the Texas Panhandle home for nearly 50. With almost three decades in education, I’ve spent my career helping people grow—and now I’m bringing that same heart and passion into real estate.
I love everything about real estate—from the problem-solving to the possibilities. I’ve tackled several remodels of my own and understand firsthand the joy (and challenges) of turning a house into a home. Whether it’s finding the right property, making a transition, or dreaming up what’s next, I’m here to help.
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my husband, traveling, cheering at baseball games, or—yes—still looking at houses just for fun. I'm excited about the future, and that’s exactly what I want to help others do: look forward to what’s next with confidence and joy!
