Hi, I’m Kevin Sargent. I grew up right here in the Texas Panhandle, and I’m proud to call this area home. I live in Fritch and work across the region, helping people buy and sell homes throughout the Panhandle.
I have two amazing adult daughters and a house full of personality—thanks to my four rowdy dogs: two Great Danes, an Australian Shepherd, and a spirited Chihuahua-Dachshund mix. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me in the shop doing woodworking or creating custom projects with my CNC router.
Real estate is a natural fit for me because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people. I love meeting new folks, hearing their stories, and helping them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or just have questions, I'm here to help however I can.
